Return Policy
You can return the product you bought for any reason as long as it is returned within 14 calendar days.

Return procedure:
In case you wish to change your product with another one, then please contact us by email at: [email protected] or by phone at: +30 2103222314. After contacting us, you will send the product to us and we will send you another of your choice.
Please note that shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.

It is very important to know about returns:

• In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition and nothing must be missing from its packaging (cards, etc.) as well as the proof of purchase (receipt) must be included in the package.
• Until the product reaches us is at your own risk, so it is important to ensure its safe transport to avoid any damage and therefore inability to return it.
• Non-returnable products: For hygienic reasons you cannot return the earrings.

Attention: Caution: In the unlikely event that the product reaches you damaged please let us know within the same day and we will take care of its immediate replacement.
